Refund and Returns Policy
Thank you for shopping at Loomly Decor! We value your satisfaction and want to ensure you have a positive experience with us. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
1. Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:

Be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Be in the original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories included.

Include a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please note: Certain items such as custom-made, personalized, clearance, or final-sale items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.
2. Refunds
Once we receive your return and inspect the item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping (if applicable) will be deducted from your refund.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Email us at contact@loomlydecor.com with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We will offer a replacement, exchange, or full refund based on the situation.
4. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at contact@loomlydecor.com.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the return is due to our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
6. Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of placement. After that, the order may already be in processing or shipped, and we will be unable to cancel it.
