Shipping Locations
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer the following shipping options:
Standard Shipping (3–7 business days) – Free on orders over $75, otherwise $6.95 flat rate
Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days) – Calculated at checkout
Overnight Shipping (1 business day) – Calculated at checkout
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and the shipping provider.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and link to track your package. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to become available.
Shipping Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout. However, we’re happy to help resolve any issues—please contact our support team at contact@loomlydecor.com.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and offer a replacement or refund when applicable.
Address Changes
To ensure timely delivery, please make sure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order. Address changes are not guaranteed once an order is processed.
